Planning and resources will be uploaded daily, which will include three tasks. These will differ every day and your child is expected to complete these.

At the end of each day, it would be great if you could update us with how your child has got on with the tasks and any additional tasks they may have completed.

Regular reading, spelling and counting. 

Please remember that in addition to the daily learning activities, your child should continue to practise their reading, spellings and 

• Key spelling words to learn are available on the home learning page as well as exciting ways to practise them.  Your child should continue to learn words that they do not know.
• Your child can access reading books through the Bug Club website that are appropriate for their stage of reading. (Please find log in details inside the cover of your child’s reading records).
• Continue to practise counting in different ways with your child as this in an important skill that helps them with lots of their maths work. You can practise counting forwards and backwards in ones from different numbers. You can also practise counting in twos, fives and tens!
